Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

DOUX WORK LLC provides digital revenue systems, including audits, website development, lead integration, and local SEO services. We are a service provider, not a lead-guarantee broker. While our systems are built to maximize job volume, your closing rate depends on your internal sales process.

2. The Revenue Audit & Credit

The Revenue Audit is a standalone deep-dive into your market. The fee for the Audit is $2,000. If you choose to move forward with a full system build, 100% of the Audit fee ($2,000) will be applied as a credit toward your implementation cost.

3. Payment & Subscription Terms

• Setup Fees: Due before work begins.
• Monthly Optimization: Services are billed on a recurring 30-day cycle.
• Commitment: Monthly services require a 3-month minimum commitment to allow for data collection and search engine indexing.
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause your system (taking the site offline) if payments are more than 15 days overdue.

4. Market Exclusivity

We respect our “one contractor per trade per territory” rule. Exclusivity is defined by the specific zip codes or city limits agreed upon in your service contract. We reserve the right to work with contractors in the same trade in non-competing territories.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Audits: Non-refundable once the discovery meeting or research phase has started.
• Implementation: Once the system build begins, fees are non-refundable.
• Monthly Services: You may cancel anytime after the initial 3-month commitment with a 30-day written notice. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

6. Client Responsibilities

To get you results, we need your cooperation. This includes providing high-resolution project photos, access to your Google Business Profile, and timely feedback on drafts. Delays in communication will result in delays in your system launch.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment of your implementation fee, you own the domain name and the specific content written for your business. The underlying frameworks and proprietary “Revenue System” logic remain the property of DOUX WORK LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

DOUX WORK LLC is not liable for any loss of business, data, or technical downtime caused by third-party hosting, Google algorithm shifts, or CRM API failures.
